how to tie in wires for a switch, in this case two single pole switches

how to tie in wires for a switch , in this case two single pole switches in a two gang old work box. in this video i have two switches, one for spot lites aka lights ,and one for the center lite aka cl or some times sl for switch leg.i usually mark my switch legs and leave the power wires blank.
some people might not like that i removed the plastic tabs, for these particular plastic box types, i find that the tabs take up way to much space for comfort, and they have to go.
