GETTING INTO NEW BANK & CASINO WHILE CLOSED!!

Today thanks to twitter, and a little help from YOU GUYS, i was able to get into BOTH new mad city heists while they where closed!! Now i'm pretty sure that the casino heist has already been fixed so I'm not sure if there is a secret way in anymore. HOWEVER I'm positive that the mad city bank heist is still able to be broken into.
