This guy from the start of the video, the one who falls down on landing pad, was hijacking ships on Port Olisar and then rammed other players with it. Over and over again. This is the only thing that he did, all the damn time. This kind of behavior should be punished. First by warning ban and if this behavior persists - with permanent ban. No one needs jerks like this one in game.
