In the past i have not been particularly fond of the selections i’ve had from @gordonbiersch but their #caveraider#blondebock has changed my mind about them. These #bayareabrewershave introduced a #blondebock in a 12 oz bottle costing on $1.29 making it the latest #bcbgspecialselection. Arriving with a 7% ABV and 23 IBUs it’s full of carbonation, body, and flavor. Strong lacing with a sturdy head bring forth a honey-spicey bouquet and a sweet malty flavor that has a creamy finish. Slight alcohol burn and slight spice profile round out the flavor and its color is a brassy yellow that’s true to form. A great beer and perhaps my favorite #bock. Cheers! Gordon Biersch descrption:
