I Was Probably About To Go Out Of Business 100 Times Before I Made My First Million Comfortably.

Less than 5 years ago today and only a year into TMG I was able to get my 1 bedroom apartment here in West Hollywood and move in Syl with me. At the same time I upgraded Syl’s Toyota Camry to a new Mercedes E class. Syl was so happy and our life was much simpler than today. We paid $1,500 a month to live in our 1 bedroom and we also operated TMG from our dining room. That apartment was our first office. A few months later we committed to a real office were we paid another $1500 a month and to hiring our first employee which we paid over 5k a month. You might be asking yourself if it was scary for me at the time? 👇🏼

Oh yeah it was but just like everything I do with my life I use courage as my motivation. One thing I have never been is a Quitter or a Man with no balls. I take risks and the bigger the risks the more adrenaline I get. I am a very dangerous man and especially now because the last 8 months I have been starting to have lots of fun and my life has never been better. It was a daily battle figuring out how to start and run a business because I had no clue on what I was doing. I winged it in business and almost lost everything. I am here today to show you that I am living proof that anyone can make it in life no matter what circumstances you might be currently facing. Just like I became a Real Estate investor with only 3 thousand in my name, a 560 fico score, 80k in collections but most importantly a 90 day escrow 😁. That’s called having some balls to pull through something like that. I started TMG with no money and one of our offices alone will do way over 1 million this month. Just what one little flow of income from one office location can do with a System that works and that you track.
