Baby Blue is in the care of Great Dane Friends of Ruff Love, a nonprofit dog rescue based in NC and SC. GDFRL only uses foster homes for dogs so that they are able to make the best evaluations of personalities, provide better socialization, and help dogs learn what it means to live in a home as part of a family.
