Hello everyone and welcome back to the DYA Network. Today’s episode will focus on how to improve sports performance by improving flexibility and mobility. In order to perform at their highest level of performance, athletes need to understand correct sports specific skills. However if in doing these skills, they are not able to MOVE through the motions due to decreased mobility and flexibility it can reduce their overall performance. In trying to find ways to improve skill sets, learning and understanding how to incorporate flexibility and mobility in your athletes training routine can result in enhanced functional movement and decreased risk of injuries.
