PH communist leader calls for release of political prisoners | Matters of Fact

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has several obstacles he needs to overcome before peace talks between the government and communist rebels can resume. That's according to Communist Party Of The Philippines Founding Chairman, Jose Maria Sison. Sison says one such obstacle is the release of peace consultants on humanitarian grounds.
