I have to be honest, I didn't have high hopes for this book being suitable for my kid's age, wrongly presuming it would be a babyish book. But I was wrong!
This book is brilliant! It has had my two 6-year-olds chuckling along all the way through every time we read it. I'm definitely adding it to my permanent Christmas book pile. The book is full of personality!
The tree does not want to be decorated for Christmas..."I'm not that sort of tree" it says!
Well, hilarity ensues when the gang of Christmas decorations desperately tries to get the tree to keep still and be decorated.
The illustrations are bright and punchy and perfectly add to the joy of the book.
Honestly, this is one your little ones will love to read over and over at Christmas time. A big thumbs up from us! I would say this book would be suitable for ages 2 to 8.
