Justin Trudeau shorting NATO may cause trade problems with USA

Justin Trudeau has really done at this time… it was agreed that Canada would pay 2% of its GDP to NATO and Justin Trudeau isn’t doing it. Donald Trump is now talking about trade because of this issue.… Does he tax us heavly to get the 2% or deal with the trade repercussions with the USA.
