International Vacation Resorts LLC led us to believe we'd have a profit of $5000.00 the first year. This is an excerpt of our conversation with International Vacation Resorts LLC selling us on registering our timeshares with them and convincing us they would be rented with a profit to us of $5000.00.
They made it sound sooooo good. THE TRUE STORY IS THAT... They did not rent or sell our timeshare as they led us to believe would happen...
We became a name on their records... Not even sure of that... after a while, they kept calling us to register our Summer Bay Timeshares with them... they weren't aware that we were already clients with them and they thought, for some reason, we owned Summer Bay timeshares.
The only thing I saw was our timeshare that was searchable on their website. Here's the problem with that... I saw numerous other Coconut Palms II timeshare that others (supposedly) had registered that appeared identical to ours... Those timeshares were going for much less than ours and we had set our price at what THEY had suggested.
This video/audio was a segment of our recording we made during their sales pitch to us... which they gave us the approval to record.
I would like a return of our registration fees due to not fulfilling the promises made by the sales agent or better yet, International Vacation Resorts LLC should go ahead and buy my timeshares that we ended up putting up for sale and/or rent and give me the profit they led us to believe we would get... $5000.00 for rent and much, much more for purchases.
There is another recording of our whole registration procedure with them and nowhere in the sales pitch do you hear them say there is no guarantee; not one time. There are three times where we have them leading us to believe the timeshares were going to be rented without a problem.
When you call them, one of the very first things out of their mouths is that in the contract (reviewed online and signed online) it says there is no guarantee it would be rented.
I understand that usually, the signed contract is the bottom line. What I want to be known is how they managed to convince us to go with them (by basically telling us that they would be rented and we'd receive a nice profit and did so convincingly).
Know who you're dealing with...
I wonder how many others have had similar experiences with IVR - International Vacation Resorts LLC.
