I wanted to include the article that I read that kind of made everything click for me and from there I kind of understood what my problem was and what I wanted to do next to work on it. I know I talked about it in the video but I really want to thank you for being there for my birthday. Because this person was such a big part of my life and not talking to them on my birthday I thought I would feel this empty void. But thankfully I had you guys.
