Who is the Congress candidate from Vijayanagar? well this question was asked by one of the Congress workers during a convention of minority community in Vijayanagara. Dinesh Gundu Rao faced the ire of his own partymen. The workers questioned DInesh as to why the Congress candidate KB Chandrashekhar. He further questioned as to why there was no campaigning in the Hospet Rural area and questioned whether the rural areas were being sidelined by the Congress.
