'Dil Beparvah' is an original song by Ankur Tiwari and Prateek Kuhad for Dewar's. This attempt of a cover is performed by Parth Saikia and Vivek Bardhan. The video conceptualized and directed by Dibyaranjan Hazarika tries to portray an underlying story that goes in correspondence with the essence of the song. In this day and age of competition, it is difficult to follow one's passion. The pressure that a youngster feels upon oneself to be financially sound forbids them from pursuing their dreams.
The girl in the video loves to paint, but her father doesn't want her to continue with it. He thrashes her to give up her passion but he doesn't understand that following her passion is what gives her utmost happiness.
The little children that we see in the video have many dreams treasured in their sparkling eyes. Like them every other child has certain things that they are passionate about.
We see two old men sitting beside the river wondering about life. It is very important for us to understand that living life is all about hope. And as the famous dialogue from the movie 'The Shawshank Redemption' goes "Hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things and no good thing ever dies".
