Are these what the buzz everyone's talking about?

I have heard from other channels that there's chem trails and con trails. Please comment below your opinion of what you believe is going on in the sky where I live. Chem(ical spraying, cloud seeding) or condensation from good behavior air crafts.
I wonder because today we got an overwhelming amount of snow. Is that a coincidence or seeding of clouds? We have never received a record amount of snow this time of year and it's not even winter! This kind of snow happens in February. Oh we might get a dusting or a few inches of snow but not this much snow!
