You are not able to spot-reduce...but the first thing you need to do is EAT AT A CALORIC DEFICIT. Utilizing intermittent fasting or carb-cycling will be very beneficial, doing both will help you get more rapid results.

Exercise #1… High Intensity Cardio. That is going to really get your metabolism boosted. This will get you an afterburn effect, which will help you burn fat throughout the day.

Exercise #2… Resistance Training. Make sure to utilize compound lifts when you do resistance training. Doing exercises like this consistently will help you to also boost your metabolism.

These two tips are going to help you burn fat everywhere. The next 3 exercises are going to specifically target your lower belly.

Exercise #3… Lying Leg Raise. Make sure your lower back is pressed firmly into the floor. When you lift your legs, you want to really focus on using your lower abs to keep your lower back touching the ground.

Exercise #4… Reverse Crunch. When your legs are fully extended, that is going to give resistance and really work your lower abs.

Exercise #5… Hanging Knee Raise. I like this exercise because the weight of your lower legs and gravity provide resistance to work your lower abs.

A big tip I have for you, is to combine these exercises with a metabolic exercise. For example, after you do the leg raises, turn around and do mountain climbers.
