Venezuelan oil tankers go dark to evade US sanctions

As the Trump administration clamps down on Venezuela's oil revenue some tankers are switching off their transponders to evade US sanctions. This leaves them blindly moving through the dark with up to two million barrels of crude oil on board. RT America’s Sayeh Tavangar has the story.
