Now, America’s Got Talent is home to the most talented yet undiscovered performers of all ages. Think singers, dancers, comics, ventriloquists. But one thing the show has given us is amazing magicians from all over the world. Performers with the most mind boggling and amusing tricks up your sleeve that leave your jaw on the ground and more often than not, very confused and dazed as you try to figure out how possibly they could have performed their acts. I myself am guilty of overanalyzing the stage looking for loopholes and loose end left by the performer that could give me even the slightest clue of what was done. Today, we look at ten of the most amazing magicians on America’s Got Talent.
10. Kadan Bart Rockett & Brooklyn
Ten year old Kadan and his sister Brooklyn made their debut on season eleven. For the audition, Kadan created the illusion of sawing his sister Brooklyn in half *don’t worry, she didn’t get hurt, he was able to put her right back together! The trick received a “yes” from all four judges sending them to the Judge Cuts. Their tricks and showmanship got them all the way to the semifinals. For the semifinal act, the duo brought out their sleekest trick yet. They revealed that since they made their debut on the show, their friends have really wanted to also make a cameo on one of their tricks on the show. They proceed to reveal a photo of their fifth grade class and ask Simon to select any row on the photo and then asked Heidi to pick a number, from one through to six. She picked number three, which landed on their classmate, Rebecca. They made Rebecca appear on stage and then went on to make their whole class appear on stage and the highlight of the show, was making their teacher appear in the box, SEATED AT HER DESK AND ALL! Now, talk about a trick. Quite the show pony, outside of America’s Got Talent, Bart has done over one thousand live appearances on theatre and cruise ship stages around the world. He has also performed in film, commercials and television projects including Guest Starring on NBC, CBS show Rush Hour and Heidi Klum’s Seriously Funny Kids on Lifetime Network.
9. Piff The Magic Dragon
Piff The Magic Dragon was a magician/comedian act from season ten of America’s Got Talent at age thirty four. Piff, is played by John van der Put. If you want to imagine his act, imagine Larry David in a dragon costume, doing magic tricks. Bet that’s a show anyone would want to watch. He made it to the bottom five in the top ten and then returned for America’s Got Talent: The Champions. His acts combine comedy and magic and this has made him a huge hit with the audience across all ages. Piff The Magic Dragon has performed in venues such as Radio City Music Hall, Shakespeare
