The Coppa law (If you don't know what it is) Is a law that could effect all channels that have childish content. For example drawing channels and or Gacha channels. That is all I know so far but hopefully this will not effect youtube! Because there is alot of chanels like mine out there! Let's hope this will not do any harm! :(
