METHOD1. Mix the minced meat with Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Create a solid mixture and spread out half on parchment paper. 2. Cover the mixture with ham, provola cheese, and pesto and spread out the remaining mixture. 3. Create a rectangle then divide it into two squares and the squares into triangles. Cook them in a pan on low heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
