Lost $249 during Trick or Treat !!!! What the heck ?!?

What a fun night at the Cerritos HS Trunk or Treat get together for the CHSROG (Regiment of Gold) Marching Band.  However, I lost $249 during our Trick or Treating at Cerritos Mall.  I got tricked. Find out how !!!!
