सुकेको माछाको झोल र ढिडो  || How to Make Kodoko Dhido | Typical Nepali Dhido with Fish Curry यसरी बनाउनुहोसको दोको ढिडोँ सारै मीठो हुन्छ:
2 tsp black mustard seeds
2 tsp yellow mustard seeds
Add 1 tbsp oil
Add 1 lb dried fish
6 garlic cloves
Add 1tbsp mustard oil
1 mediums sized chopped onion
Add 3 green chilies sliced
Add mustard seeds and garlic paste
1 tsp cumin powder
1tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 medium sized chopped tomato
Salt as per the taste
Add 2 cups warm water
Add fried dried fish
Add chopped cilantro
Add ½ lemon or lime juice
Boil 500 ml water
Add 1 tsp ghee
250 gm Millet flour or ( Ragi Kodo ko pitho)
Cover and cook in a low flame for 10 minutes
