Them boys are back at it again in this episode of BV Tyrants Gone Wild. This very pregnant woman was pulled over for a suspended license in Buena Vista VA, no traffic infractions. In this small city everyone knows everyone so don't you dare travel the roadway without your plastic permission card or you could be subject to a vehicle search. I was told this deputy's name is Tonkin but I'm not sure. If someone could confirm, that would be great.
