Flat roof repair on Royer Corp manufacturing Facility Madison Indiana

For this 80,000 sq ft building we used a .50 mil PVC membrane by Duro Last. We added 3" of new roof insulation. A big part of this project was cleaning up and cutting out any old HVAC units and or pipes that were no longer in use. We spent the better part of a month in prep before the real roofing began but the end result speaks for itself. Now Royer Corp has clean flat roof with less than half of the penetrations they had before. We also fabricated and installed all the new commercial gutters and metal trims. The project we great and the building is much more energy efficient and cost less to operate because of the added roof insulation.
