Ingredients:
1 kilo beef brisket, cubed
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, sliced
3 cups water
1 piece beef broth cube
1 pack 200 grams tomato sauce
2 tablespoon annatto seeds soaked in 1/2 cup hot water (optional)
1 small can liver spread
2 small packs eden cheese, cubed
2 tablespoon peanut butter
2 large potatoes, sliced
1 medium carrot, sliced
Fish sauce and pepper powder according to your preference.
Cooking time:
2-3 hours but you can use pressure cooker to save you tons of time and help cook the meat faster. This serves 8-10 person
