High Protein Hot Chocolate:
- 4-5 large pitted & soaked medjool dates
- 1/4 cup macadamia nuts
- 1 TBSP almond butter
- 1/4 scoop vegan chocolate protein powder
- 1-2 TBSP choc powder
- 1-2 cups almond milk (or any plant based milk!)
- Enjoy :)

Roasted Beetroot Hummus:
- 1 cup roasted beets
- 1 can drained & rinsed chickpeas
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts
- 5-6 TBSP good runny tahini (I used more lol)
- juice of 1 fresh lemon
- salt & pepper
- 1 TBSP garlic powder (to roast the beets or added after to the mix when blending)
- use a little olive oil or lemon juice to thin as needed
