We here show you 5 cool badminton exercises for you to train, to improve your reaction time and get a fast racket. We also share some technical tips in the video👇🏻
🤩 Be loose in your fingers so you can change grip very quickly
🤩 Use the fingerpower to generate power with small movements
🤩 Use the kickback (the whip) movement when hitting the shuttle, so you get more power and so you are ready for the next shot coming
🤩 Have your arm in position for the shot and the next shot. For example keep to racket up at the net when doing attacking shots
