We are living in a very fast paced society where we have more opportunities than we can take advantage of. We are living in an undescribable material and digital abundance.

And our mind needs to adjust itself to these new opportunities. Iknow so many people who struggle with overthinking, stress, anxiety, feelings of overwhelm and other related mental and emotional challenges. Oftentimes we think that as our problems seem complex, we also need to look for complex solutions. And while this might be right in some scenarios, there are many situations that can be solved or at least improved simply by slowing down and raising one's awareness.
