Hyderabadi anda, mirchi ka salan
Ingredients;-
Green chillies( bajji) - 10no’s
Eggs - 4 no’s
Peanuts - 2tbs
Dry coconut - 2tbs
Sesame seeds - 1tbs
Mustard seeds - 1tsp
Red chillies - 5 no’s
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2tsp
Kalonji - 1tsp
Chop onions - 1cup
Curry leaves - 2springs
Ginger garlic paste - 2tsp
Curd -1cup
Tamarind juice - 1cup
Jaggery - 1tsp
Oil - as required
Salt - to taste
Water - as required
Method;-
Heat a pan add peanuts, dry coconut pieces, roast it.
And also add sesame seeds, and roast it. Transfer in to a mixie jar
Add some water and grind in to fine paste.
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, red chillies, fenugreek seeds,
Kalonji, chop onions, curry leaves, add some salt and cook for a minute.
Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder,
Coriander powder, cumin powder, grinded masala paste, some water,
And mix it.
Now add curd, tamarind juice, and cook in a slow flame.
Then add green chillies, boiled eggs, jaggery, and put on lid cook some more
Minutes. Switch off the flame.
Instant bagara biryani
Ingredients;-
Boiled rice - 2cups
Slice onions - 1cup
Salan gravy - 1cup
Biryani masala - 1tbs
Mint leaves - 1 bunch
Coriander leaves - 1bunch
Saffron water - 1tsp
Ghee - 1tbs
Salt - to taste
Water - as required
Method;-
Heat a pan add ghee, slice onions, salt and cook it slightly brown.
Add some water, mint leaves, coriander leaves, biryani masala,
Some salt and mix it.
Now add salan gravy, boiled rice, and mix it again. In the last
add some Saffron water and cook for 5 minutes.
Transfer in to plate and serve hot
