This is so so strange. Gabon has agreed to be pain 150m USD over a 5 year period to "preserve its rainforests" something they've been doing naturally for millions of years. but hidden in the small print could be clauses that limit Gabon's development, manufacturing etc. because over 80% of Gabon is Forest. Thoughts?
