I made a couple of mistakes in the voice-over for this video -
* I used the *Web* Hosting product, not the Cloud Hosting like I said in the video.. v_v
* The WordPress theme itself was free but the additional products I bought & used on Wordpress (such as additional storage, analytics, CDN, etc) amounted to a reoccurring payment of around $75.
