Many of these schools fly under the radar and don’t have to do anything unless the owner of the trademark catches them illegally trying to profit off of it.
Furthermore, it is such bad publicity for these massive organizations to worry about high schools using their intellectual property that it isn’t even worth it for them to bother with the schools.
At the end of the day, these high schools are using NFL logos because it saved them the trouble of designing their own logo and they know not to try and profit off of this.
As long as they follow the NFL’s guidelines, high schools will continue to ‘steal’ NFL logos.
