The CRAZIEST Customer Altercation EVER. (Not Clickbait.) So last week one of the craziest things ever happened to me while owning my lawn and landscape business. What transpired was literally something I'd never expected to happen, let alone had to figure out what was the best course of action after it happened.

What seemed like a regular routine day of pulling weeds turned out to be a pretty crummy visit to one of our commercial sites and a strange altercation that ensued. We've taken care of this site for a long time and it's always been a great client of ours, but I think somewhere along the way a certain employee went off the rails, creating this crazy situation.

Long story short, I tried to take the high road and do my best when dealing with the situation, but I have to be honest, I was pretty mad at the whole series of events. I feel like what happened to us was totally uncalled for, and I'm not really sure what else we could've did to prevent it from happening.

I guess it's just one of those event's where we take a step back, take a deep breath, and realize it'll all be okay. It definitely helped me polish up my people skills and patience skills, I'll tell you that, and remind myself to be kind and to give people grace. To not respond in like kind or fashion, but to give people the benefit of the doubt.
