Singer killed by pyrotechnics while performing on stage ~ Joana Sainz

Spain - A Spanish singer and dancer was killed when she was hit in the stomach by concert pyrotechnics in Spain on Sunday.
Spanish singer and dancer Joana Sainz Garcia, 30, collapsed on stage in the middle of a show in the town of Las Berlanas in the province of Avila, El Norte De Castillo reported.
One of the pyrotechnics used in the performance failed, and shot in the wrong direction during the on-stage explosion, hitting Garcia, who is a singer and dancer of Super Hollywood Orchestra, El Diario Montanes reported.
A doctor and nurse helped the performer until paramedics arrived, but Garcia’s death was confirmed after she arrived at the hospital.
