Runner's warm-up for sprinters and any sport (level- beginners) HD This warm-up session will improve your running and sports activities. This is for beginners and will help to prevent any injuries caused. Below is the list of all warm-up:

1) Shoulder gators- 45-50 seconds.
2) Dynamic chest stretch- 45-50 seconds.
3) Leg swings- 5 reps. each side until 45-50 seconds.
4) Lateral leg swings- 5 reps. each side until 45-50 seconds.
5) Hurdle steps- 45-50 seconds.
6) Quadriceps stretch- 45-50 seconds.
7) Runner touches- 45-50 seconds.
8) Lateral hip openers- 45-50 seconds. both of the variations are shown in this video.
9) Knee hugs- 45-50 seconds.
10) Toy/tin soldiers- 45-50 seconds.
11) reverse lunge reaches- 45-50 seconds.
12) Mountain climbers- 45-50 seconds.
