Your life isn't just experienced physically but also spiritually (objectively & subjectively), the subjective is the realm of spiritual imaginative sensations, while the physical is part of what your senses objectively dictate to you. By working with the spiritual self which is part of your imagination, you learn to alter physical time space reality as you perceive it.
