I’m excited to share this 10 part series about phonics strategies. With my background as a Reading Specialist and now a Stay-at-Home Mom who teaches ESL online, I have been passionate about teaching literacy to growing readers, ESL students, and students with dyslexia. From teaching ESL online this past year, I have rediscovered the importance of a strong phonics foundation. I hope these strategies will be helpful for any teacher or parent wanting to help their students or children find joy and confidence in reading, spelling, and learning.
