Hi friends! Here is a quick but sweaty legday session with focus on the glutes in less than an hour.
I did high reps because I was craving the pump and burning feeling hehe.
Full workout:
Warm up
Squats 15 reps x 3
Hip thrusts 20 reps x 3
Sumo squats 15 reps
Superset with
Stiff legged dumbbell deadlifts 15 reps x3
Reverse lunges 20 reps x 3
Rest 30-60 sec between each set.
If you still have a lot to give on your last rep, use higher weights!
