To get to the saferoom is just a multi-lift, the spot on the beam where you hang and get revived is a spot you can get a gold medal easily. To get down to the bottom of no mercy, you get someone stuck in the barrier on the electric box and jump off at the right time and the person will teleport to you right as you are hitting the ground or before it.
