My Cox Home Internet Self Installation: 4:01

I had multiple cable outlets in my house. The active line of internet didn't connect to the coaxial cable Cox gave me in my starter kit. I only had a male coaxial cable and needed a barrel to connect the two male heads. Cox didn't give me one so when I called customer service, they scheduled a technician to come two days later (a real bummer).

Overall I'd rate my experience of setting up Cox home internet a 6/7 out of 10 (10 being incredibly frustrating). This is because I wasn't given all the parts necessary to set up my home installation, and it took two nights to schedule a technician to come to my home, dragging out the process even further.
