Elizabeth Warren's Presidential Campaign Treasurer Is Longtime Dem Donor Known As 'Personal PAC Man'

Elizabeth Warren's Presidential Campaign Treasurer Is Longtime Dem Donor Known As 'Personal PAC Man' When she decided to run for President in 2020, Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) named a longtime Democratic donor, Paul Egerman, as her campaign treasurer. Not only has Egerman given millions to various pro-Democrat organizations, but also super PAC's associated with politicians, which has earned him the name "personal PAC man."

What's strange about the decision to bring Egerman on is that Warren has criticized the existence of political action committees (PACs) for years now, and even railed against corporate money, much to the chagrin of the heads of big financial institutions. However, they are now growing a liking to her, because she's decided to play ball more.

Even with her hiring of Egerman, Warren still calls herself a Progressive, and claims to champion Progressive causes, similar to Bernie Sanders, who, in his own right, has laid out multiple Progressive proposals for the last three years, and railed against the establishment in his unique Progressive firebrand style.
