Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Since when has cops start walking k9's down public streets letting it sniff anyones car? (Notice the k9 sniffing cars on the opposite side of the street)
This is a violation of a citizens 4th amendment. There was no warrant to search that vehicle. They usedk9 tactics and made the dog tap on the car as probable cause to search the vehicle.
