It is often the case with Word or PDF documents that the files sizes are unnecessarily large. This can cause delays when uploading the files to Intelligence or indeed emailing them to your clients. This can happen if the creator of the document inserted a photograph or large image. There are simple ways that these documents can be reduced in size without reducing the quality of the document.
