My Attempt at Jazz—A Cover (or maybe two?) of Apple’s “Buddy”

I'm a classically trained pianist who, till this day, had never played any jazz-styled music before. Recently, I've been watching a lot of videos' on Adam Neely's (a bass player) channel, which made me really want to learn jazz. Then I stumbled upon Wiwi Kuan's tutorial video and decided to try my hands at it.

I wouldn't claim that I played it well enough, and at times my "classical" habits betrayed me, but it certainly helped me get started. So definitely check out his video on how classical musician can begin learning jazz. The sheet music for this piece is also available on his channel:

I realize that looking at sheet music and playing what's written on it is a fairly "classical" approach, but from today on, I will listen to and appreciate jazz from a new perspective. That's the thing I'm taking away with me.
