MASSIVE Overwatch DPS Queue Times a MAJOR Problem?

DPS Queues in Overwatch are long, at almost every level of the game. At the very highest levels top tier Grandmaster and Top500 Overwatch damage players are facing 40 min + wait times. At my level I'm seeing around 8-15 min wait times. DPS is the most popular role in Overwatch (it's an FPS game after-all, go figure!) - But is this a bad... or good thing for Overwatch?

Have you noticed yourself queuing as Tank or Support just to get games? Long DPS queue times could be a blessing in disguise, and in the long term make the entire Overwatch player base more skillful. What do you guys think?
