Making a MASSIVE Leather Wholesale Order

The past few weeks we've been working on a big wholesale leather goods order for a local Massachusetts company and it has been quite the job! They ordered a whole slew of individually numbered hand sewn passport cases in a custom design. These wallets are all cut, assembled, saddle stitched, and finished by hand - a dream job, but a lot of work :) We're using solid brass trim and including a tiny bit of orange thread in the interior to signify their logo. We will finish the pieces by tanning them in the sun then oiling them with Mink Oil next week.

We've been making them in batches of 10, and this job will take us around 200 man hours total when it is all said and done - quite the gift from the company to their best accounts if you ask us!
