Las Vegas Allegiant Stadium Roof Construction 90 Days Behind Original Schedule

The reports are that the work to put the roof wire network in place over the Las Vegas Stadium now called Allegiant Stadium will start next week and take six weeks to finish.

That takes us into mid-October and causes one to ask where are we in the process of finishing the NFL Stadium?

If we use the original McCarthy video as a guide we can see that it stops the roof wire process at July 19, 2019. The estimated real end date is October 14th. That puts the project roughly 87 days behind the original schedule.

Also the Raiders and Legends Hospitality have only signed up five founding partner sponsors. Every other new NFL Stadium over the last ten years has signed up between 14 and 11 such partnerships. The Raiders are $700 million behind where they should be.

From this an opening day of October 31 2020 seems more realistic. That is Halloween.

Stay tuned.
