Let’s set up Firewall. Go to ‘Security & Privacy’. Go to Firewall tab. Click the lock to make changes. Enter your password and click ‘Unloa custom location’. Select the folder, files or a drive you want to check. Click on ‘Scan’. ck’. Click on ‘Turn on Firewall’.
Click on ‘Firewall options’. Click on the plus icon. Select the app you want to add. Click on ‘Add’. Check ‘Block all incoming connections’. Click ‘Ok’.
Click on the Apple icon at the top menu bar. Select ‘App Store’ from the list. Search for ‘Bitdefender Virus Scanner’. Click on ‘Get’ and ‘Install app’. Wait until is done. Click on ‘Open’. Check ‘I read and agree with the Terms of use’. Click ‘Continue’. Click ‘Finish’.
You can scan your mac now. Click on ‘Scan
