GUAM'S MALPRACTICE ARBITRATION LAW RESULTS IN APATHY AMONG DOCTORS WHO ARE PROTECTED BY THE LAW.

Asher Dean Lubofsky passed away 2 days after seeing Mr. Shishin Miyagi and 20 hours after seeing Physician Assistant Ethan Snider at The Guam Seventh Day Adventist Clinic.Both of these people are protected by The Arbitration law and both are accused of malpractice along with the clinic.
The law needs to be repealed in order to make doctors accountable and to protect our families.
The Guam Medical Examiners Licensing Board, Chaired by Dr. Nathaniel Berg, has done very little to protect the Guam community in their capacity in my opinion and instead will license anyone it seems that meets minimal standards even with claims of malpractice against them.
Improving medical care is correlated with removing physician apathy. Let the doctors know that they work for the patients, not the insurance companies and that they will be held accountable.

REPEAL THE ARBITRATION LAW.
