I have always been interested in trying armadillo meat. The common thought of armadillos carrying leprosy is one of the main reasons that I have not eaten one. After a little research I found that only 5% of armadillos carry the disease and 99% of it will be cooked out if it does carry the disease. I headed out to do some night hunting with my flight lights and came across this little guy and decided it was time. I took him home cleaned him up and ate him for dinner. I hope you all enjoyed this video!
